The currency used at Epako is the Namibian Dollar (NAD – N$). However, all major currencies are accepted and will be converted at the current exchange rate at the time of your booking. Please contact-us for group rates, long-stay, special occasion packages or for more information.
You can find below our Rack Rates, which are valid from January 1st 2025 to December 31st 2025.
Booking & Cancellations:
Please note that all provisional reservations will be held for 14 days (subject to availability).
To secure your stay, a 25% deposit is required, and the remaining balance should be paid up to 30 days prior to your arrival date.
We understand that plans can change and have therefore established a flexible cancellation policy, as outlined below:
- For cancellations of more than 90 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount will be retained
- For cancellations 90 to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained
- For cancellations 60 to 31 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking amount will be retained
- For cancellations of 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be retained
Please note that private air transfers are payable upon booking and are non-refundable.
